STEP 1 - FILL OUT THE RETURN FORM BELOW

STEP 2 - SHIP IT BACK

• Carefully wrap and package the item. Please cushion the product well to avoid any damage during transit.

• Include a copy of your order receipt in the package. (If you can't find your order receipt, just write down your order number and include that in the package.)

• Please ship the item(s) back within 14 days of delivery.

• Ship the package to:

STEP 3 - WAIT FOR YOUR REFUND

• Upon return, I will inspect the item(s) and issue a refund (minus shipping fees) assuming there is no damage to the product.

• You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund is confirmed.
