Who is CGP?
Hi Friends!
My name is Megan and I'm the face, creative eye and muscle behind Copper & Gold Project! I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty with DIY projects or spend a full day hopping from thrift store to thrift store; two of the main reasons why I started this website and this passion project of mine.
For as long as I can remember, I have always had a passion for DIY and home decor. But it wasn't until I purchased my first home, a century old duplex, that I got the chance to truly tap into it. Throughout the process of giving this house some, what I call, "restoration love" I have learned a lot and want to share that with YOU! So you can expect lots of DIY tutorials, design plans and inspiration plastered throughout my blog.
I have always loved the character that comes with old homes and vintage finds so you can expect to see a lot of that come through in my little "Vintage Market". This Market will be your virtual-showroom to my ever growing collection of curated vintage goods and restored furniture. Know that every piece available was hand-picked and sourced by yours truly, in hopes that it will find love in your space.
My hope on here is to inspire, motivate and support you in your own journey of making and loving your own home... because we all deserve that!
